I guess it could be walking distance, but it would be a *really* long walk.
This is in my town, but it's over a long wooden bridge, about a mile and a half down a dirt road, and over the dunes. It's my excuse for having an environmently unfriendly SUV (though I do have the slightly more fuel efficient foreign make). Takes about 15 minutes to get to this exact spot.
One of our favorite things to do is go down for dinner. If this sticky weather holds, I'll suffer a hot kitchen tomorrow morning and make some fried chicken to chill for the evening meal. Watermelon for the kids, sangria for the grown ups....
(the guest suite will be complete next week, FYI - but that's another post)
...which is why we see the Red Sox play every year at Camden Yards. :-) It's a popular place for Boston fans. There are usually as many Red Sox fans there as Orioles. I've been to Fenway once. I was pregnant with Q at the time!
How fun that your guest suite is filling up so fast! I wish we had a good place for people to stay when they visit us. They have to sleep in E's room with the stuffed animals.
One day when we really do our autumn in New England tour, I'll give you a call. I LOVE walking on the beach in cooler weather.
yup - our study doubles as a guest room/suite. It even has it's own bathroom. Just tonight we were tiling around the new tub in there (yeah, a hot date for a friday night). I should put up some pictures of the process - I'm pretty proud of our work.
My nose is neither small nor large. It is not crooked.
I am a 47 year old mother of three (C, 19; M, 15; & S, 11).
I work hard at being a good wife, a good mother, a good friend, a good person, a good employee. I am not always successful.
I am loyal. I am stubborn.
I take things way too personally.

OK! I'm all over that guest suite. :-) Does it come with tickets to Fenway, too?
Sadly, no.
The process of acquiring Fenway tickets is excruciating - most of the pain felt by the average fan on a Saturday in February.
But...if you can get the Fenway tix, the guest suite is here. (Currently due to be occupied on July 23-26 and August 10-11).

Gorgeous.
Did you say guest suite?
I think I could endure the Red Sox (sorry!) for a view like that.
