Here's the headline that had me LOL this weekend, about hurricane Ike:
Authorities say Hurricane Ike may cause certain death.
Just wanted to say how much I enjoy your political blogs - it reassures me that some (hopefully most) Americans see sense - but then I get depressed again when I remember GWB got voted in twice. I am keeping my gingers crossed for you this time. Vis a vis this post - I am also hoping that greedy shareholders have learnt their lesson. What happened to the days when running a business, giving people employment and good living, and just a SMALL profit was a good thing?

I'm sad at how polarized things have become here. I don't know what's going to happen - but am trying to remain hopeful.
